September 11, 2008 Dear Savvas, We wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new patio. When we began discussing our project, we were focusing on price, quality work and quick turnaround. You and your staff met and exceeded our expectations. The men who did the prep and stonework were just terrific. They were hard working, and focused on quality work. They were responsive to any concerns or questions that we had. We were amazed at how quickly they worked. They showed up on time every morning, and completed our job within the given time frame. Savvas, we really appreciated how responsive and customer focused you are. When we called you about any questions or concerns, you also had an answer or a solution quickly. It was also great having you stop by several times a day to check on the project. We will be sure to recommend JJD Contracting to our neighbors and friends.
